ClimateCHECK is pleased to announce Bruce Ringrose has joined the company as Vice President, Business Development.
Bruce Ringrose brings to ClimateCHECK over 12 years of both private and public sector experience in the development and commercial deployment of clean energy technology. Bruce has extensive technology research & development management and project partnering, financing and execution experience in clean energy generation and distribution, energy efficiency, transportation, and industrial processes.
Bruce is experienced working with multi-stakeholder and multi-jurisdictional teams to realize commercially viable clean technology solutions and value added products derived from technological processes. Since early 2006, Bruce established two Canadian start ups focused on international technology partnerships. Prior to his entrepreneurial initiatives, he was a clean technology investment manager for a $150M climate change technology investment fund for the Government of Canada. In this capacity, Bruce was integral in developing strategic partnerships, financing technology demonstrations and providing guidance in public commercialization strategies in this space. His project portfolio included 43 technology projects, nationally and internationally, valued in excess of $200M. The success of the portfolio is best exemplified in the resulting commercialized technology, follow on private investment and market uptake of these activities.

Bruce received a B.Sc (Honours) Environmental Science at Trent University. Bruce lives with his wife and two children in Ottawa, Canada.
